Browsing the Website

WordPress.com hosts the BIJ2 website, including BIJ2 AI. Its hosting, security, and analytics services may process IP addresses, device information, cookies, and page visits. Read Automattic’s privacy information.

Application Records

When you select Save and continue, BIJ2 stores your name, email, selected role, listing platform, referral destination, invitation preference, and submission time in its private WordPress form records. Authorized site administrators can access those records.

We use these records to keep a history of the roles you choose. BIJ2 cannot see whether you finish an external application or receive an offer. WordPress and its spam protection services also process technical information, such as IP addresses, when you submit a form.

Future Invitations

You can choose separately whether BIJ2 may email you about future roles and lab projects. The checkbox starts unchecked. You can continue with a listed opportunity without selecting it.

You can withdraw permission, request a copy or correction of your information, or ask us to delete your application records through our contact page.

Information Sent to Other Platforms

BIJ2 does not include your name or email in referral links. The destination platform collects the information you choose to provide on its own website and applies its own privacy policy.

Introductions and Inquiries

The network introduction, referral suggestion, company inquiry, and contact forms save the information you submit in private WordPress records. Authorized site administrators use your contact details and message to respond to your request. Network introductions include your permission for future contact.

The website does not offer member accounts or public profiles. Please do not send government identification, financial information, health records, or confidential client materials.

WorkSignal

The WorkSignal page keeps your selections while you use it. It does not send the selections to BIJ2. Leaving or reloading the page clears them.

External Platforms and Referral Tracking

When you open a referral link, the destination platform and its referral provider may process visit or application information under their own policies. Their privacy practices and application systems are separate from this website.

Contact About Your Information

To ask about information you have shared with BIJ2, request a correction, or withdraw permission for future invitations, use our contact page. Explain your request without sending additional sensitive documents.

BIJ2 will update this page before introducing features that collect or use information differently.
